Rho Business Banking is Hiring an Office Assistant (Maternity Cover) Near Belgrade, MT

Our team is looking for an Office Assistant, a ‘go-to’ person who will help us to ensure that our office runs smoothly.

Please note that this is a fixed-term position, covering for an employee on maternity leave, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment, at the company's discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing office operations and procedure
  • Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
  • Event management – planning and organizing team buildings, events, annual celebrations, and other company events
  • Procurement of IT equipment, promotional materials, and other necessities
  • Overseeing and purchase of office supplies and other office-related consumables
  • Help with making travel arrangements
  • Support space planning, office expansions, office relocation, and layout changes as required
  • Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues and external partners

Qualifications and skills:

  • 2 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and be proactive to resolve things as they come up in a timely manner;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with an ability to take initiative and improve inefficiencies;
  • High level of empathy and supportive mindset
  • Experienced with organizing events, office adjustments, and ideally, building new office/office relocation
